department

process and makes suggestions for improvements

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel;
accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress;
revising schedules; resolving problems

Maintains a safe and clean work environment
·
Resolves personnel issues by investigating, identifying solutions, and
recommending action
