Can I purchase directly from CR Laine?

As the manufacturer, CR Laine sells through retailers and designers across the US and Canada rather than direct to consumers. These stores have a full display of our fabrics and can personally walk you through our customization options to select the perfect upholstery styles for your home. Please visit the Where to Buy section of our website to find a local retailer in your area.

Do you keep a list of products featured in my local store?

As a custom manufacturer, we build each piece of upholstery made-to-order often without knowing if the item is meant for floor stock or going to a customer's home. Many retailers also sell items directly off of their sales floor. Therefore, it is not possible to keep an inventory of the stocked items at our many retailers across the country.

Can I order fabric samples?

You may request up to 10 memo samples directly from us by emailing a list of fabrics along with your mailing address to info@crlaine.com. Samples will be mailed out by following business day. Please allow additional processing time for swatch requests that are submitted during holidays and weekends. Shipping is only available for addresses in the US and Canada.

Can I provide my own fabric for upholstery?

Yes. COM (Customer's Own Material) can be facilitated via a CR Laine retail or design partner.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my furniture?

Please reach out to your original retailer where the furniture was purchased. They will keep your order information on hand and can further assist you with any issues concerning your upholstery items. If your original retailer is no longer in business, you can reach us via the Contact Us section of our website.

Can I customize furniture styles or are they only available as shown on the website?

Yes! CR Laine upholstery items can be custom ordered in any combination of fabrics and/or leather, and many are available in custom lengths and cushion configurations. Visit a CR Laine retailer in your area for further information.
